End-User License Agreement
This Investor Portal (the “Portal”) is operated by Triten Law Partners LLP (“Triten Law,” “we,” or “us”) to deliver lender reporting for the credit facility administered by CF Triten LLC under the Loan Agreement dated November 14, 2024 (the “Loan Agreement”). Accessing the Portal means you agree to the terms below.
Authorized access only. Access is limited to individuals whose work email address has been separately authorized by Triten Law — lender contacts and designated Triten Law staff. Sign-in uses a single-use, time-limited link emailed to an authorized address; no password is ever created or stored.
Limited license. We grant each authorized user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the Portal solely to review the reporting made available under the Loan Agreement. This license does not extend to any other use.
Confidentiality. Content shown in the Portal — financial statements, compliance reports, docket data, and loan documents — is confidential and prepared for the lender under the Loan Agreement. It may not be copied, redistributed, or shared outside your organization without Triten Law’s prior written consent.
No conflict with the Loan Agreement. Nothing here modifies, supersedes, or limits the rights and obligations set out in the Loan Agreement, which governs if anything here conflicts with it.
Revocation and termination. Triten Law may suspend or revoke a user’s access at any time, including by removing an email address from the authorized list. This license ends automatically if access is revoked or the underlying credit facility is terminated or repaid in full.
No warranty. The Portal is provided on an “as is” basis. Formal covenant reporting under the Loan Agreement governs over anything displayed here, including any Portal-generated summary, chart, or chatbot answer.
Privacy Policy
What we collect. Your work email address, used to verify you’re authorized and to send sign-in links. The IP address and timestamp of each sign-in request and each sign-in confirmation — if these don’t match, it’s flagged for review, not automatically blocked. A record of actions taken in the Portal — sign-ins, document downloads, and, for internal Triten Law staff only, docket questions asked of the internal assistant — kept in an append-only audit log.
What we don’t collect. No passwords, since none are ever created. No third-party advertising trackers. No analytics cookies beyond what’s required to keep you signed in during a session.
How it’s used. Solely to operate the Portal: verifying authorization, sending sign-in links, and maintaining an audit trail of access to lender reporting. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers that host the Portal, or as required by law.
Retention. Audit records are retained in accordance with Triten Law’s records-retention practices and the recordkeeping obligations under the Loan Agreement.
